Are you a skilled Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new opportunity to make an impact? Our company is seeking a talented individual to join our team and drive innovation in our manufacturing processes. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production flow, providing technical support to our operations team, and spearheading process and product improvement initiatives. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you. salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Optimize production flow and provide technical support to operations team
Initiate and support process and product improvement initiatives
Work closely with VP of Operations
Troubleshoot production issues daily
Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes
Prepare job quotes within deadlines
Read and interpret blueprint drawings/specifications
Program CNC machines using Mastercam and AutoCAD
Source and implement manufacturing tools and fixtures
The essential functions of this role include:
- working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
