The Strategy & Business Insights Manager for Global Ingredients plays a key role in strengthening Ocean Spray's business model by partnering with the Ingredients Leadership Team to elevate the level of application of consumer and market insights to the strategy and execution of key company priorities. In this role, you will be the strategic business partner to the business unit working together to identify big ideas on innovation, customer engagement, pricing, and route to market that drive significant growth to the business and for Ocean Spray.

This role requires a high degree of collaboration with cross-functional leaders to drive consumer-centric business strategies, to present forward-thinking market trends and to socialize consumer and business insight. Taking this further, you can also roll-up your sleeves and help drive implementation and check-in to track the impact of your recommendations.

What You'll Be Responsible For: Strategic Business Partner with Business Unit Senior Leadership Embedded into the Global Ingredients business leadership teams, focused on North America, Europe and Middle East markets with a seat at the table representing the integrated voice of the consumer and customers to ensure insights are embedded in decision making and acted upon. Partner with cross functional teams in Commercial, Finance, R&D and Marketing to help solve strategic challenges and provide the right solutions for our customers Possess a broad business acumen that allows engagement in the entire business needs, including market analysis, consumer trends, and go-to-market models. Works to raise the business team's consumer and analytic understanding for their business, a continual learning environment. Take an active role in managing and tracking strategic priorities that have multi-country/multi-region impact

General Manager for all Data and Insights Activities Develop and establish annual learning / data plan for the business unit ensuring that it linked to strategic issues that drive towards growth. Responsible for methodology selection and budget management. Flexibility in both working to execute projects as well as collaborate and leverage all relevant insights impacting the Ocean Spray brand. Identify key market and consumer trends relevant to business objectives. Develop insights to feed into the integrated business planning process. Manage relationships with various agency and research partners to improve quality and impact of insights.

What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights, business analytics and/or strategic planning Significant experience in managing/integrating syndicated and primary consumer research and ability to identify and report on meaningful insights resulting in actionable recommendations Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills plus significant experience in creation and delivery of executive presentations, analytical background and written/verbal communication. Able to tell a story and simplify complex data. Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills Experience with leveraging panel (i.e. Nielsen/IRI) and retailer scan data to inform decision making Must demonstrate both analytical and creative thinking abilities

Nice to have: Ingredients or F&B sales background Relevant experience in strategic business planning MBA or relevant master's degree preferred Client and Supplier sid background Regional and/or global experience Proficiency with business intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI & Tableau)

Annual Salary:$102,200 - $140,500
