Abbott Junior QA Officer in Breda, Netherlands

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the training process within the Learning Management System for ALOG Breda.

  • Responsible for document control and change management process, including Team center.

  • Responsible for QA related Product Finishing activities in line with procedures and GMP.

  • Execute these activities in compliance with the specifications and requirements to ensure product safety and patient safety.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Abbott quality policies, applicable regulations (a.o.t. GMP/FDA/HACCP) and standards (a.o.t. ISO9001) systems to ensure that business objectives are met for the distribution programs for Abbott Logistics and to ensure product quality and patient safety.

  • Maintains the IT system related to the assigned quality system including identification, planning and execution of appropriate training.

  • Responsible for the doc control and change process.

  • Ensure training compliance for ALOG. Responsible for training including coordinating and execution all administrative roles within LMS, creations of user accounts and assign relevant training curricula for the function.

  • External Auditing - Supports auditors in the effective and efficient execution and documentation, investigation, impact assessment, and corrective/preventive action.

  • QA related Product Finishing activities in line with procedures and policies.

  • Support all QA related warehouse operations activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimally a 4-years bachelor's degree is required. (“HBO+” level).

  • Participation in multi-departmental (international) project with demonstrated effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

  • Good collaboration and communication skills

  • Knowing the business in medical industry

  • Getting a kick out of being very precise and out of performing in a hectic situation

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Quality systems, quality assurance experience in an operational setting with demonstrated knowledge of techniques for assessing the quality of processes and the ability to guide others in these activities is desired.
