Purpose of the Role

Responsible for the delivery of projects for the SAP and Non-SAP LogOps applications and solutions at Mondelēz International across MEU. In service delivery we partner directly with the European business across all functions to help shape and support business strategies; working collaboratively with our global strategic partners to deliver strategic and reginal projects and solutions support vision 2030.

How you will contribute

What you will do:

  • Report directly into MDS MEU Logistics Lead

  • Take functional accountability and ownership for defined MEU LogOps process functional areas including end to end support, continuous improvement and project delivery.

  • Provide process ownership on an ongoing basis to the support function MEU wide to ensure system integrity and design is upheld and changes verified.

  • Operate across MDS and the appropriate business functional area to drive the delivery stream agenda and provide functional expertise as needed across MEU region.

  • Implement solutions to complex requirements.

  • Support development project agenda to best enable longevity and performance of systems architecture and deliver key business drivers.

  • Collaborate with the relevant internal/external partners to ensure new systems functional solutions are scoped, proposed and delivered according to budget and scope.

  • Work with MDS LogOps template owner to ensure correct systems and process solution governance is applied across MEU/Global SAP instances.

  • Take accountability for the implementation of initiatives which have already been identified.

  • Support assigned projects using the Mondelez Europe methodology, ensuring that fit for purpose solution are delivered on time, to budget and that benefits are measurable and achievable.

  • Representation of MDS functional area as part of LogOps project team Including presentation to senior stakeholder forums/project governance board.

  • Ensure proposed solutions are technically robust, strategically aligned and cost efficient to deliver and maintain in the LogOps process area.

  • Ensure project deliverables are of the requisite standard and consistent in an integrated environment.

  • Support robust transition to support and handover to steady state operations in the LogOps process areas.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

  • Proficient in English, spoken and written, an additional language is a benefit.

  • Process and Service Oriented in LogOps/Supply chain area (warehousing; transportation; customs).

  • Business process savvy.

  • Functional/technical skills in supported applications. Both SAP and Non-SAP.; DevOps.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable with Change

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3000€ plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
