Trane Technologies Service Coordinator in Bratislava, Slovakia

For our Trane Slovakia office we are looking for a person to take the position of Service Coordinator.

Location: Bratislava.

Hybrid role.

Role summary:

In this role, you will coordinate a team of service technicians in a specific territory. You will plan, control, and direct their activities in close collaboration with the Technician Coordinator. Acting as a link between customers and service technicians, you will support the Service Operations Leader in achieving expected results. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to service customers and the team, ensure team cohesion, and promote constant teamwork and consultation within the dedicated team and territory.

Role responsibilities:

  • Leading and deploying service technicians' team for efficient workload allocation and productivity.

  • Supervising works, reviewing reports and safety records.

  • Proposing productivity improvements and innovations.

  • Cooperating with sales engineers.

  • Scheduling SVC Technicians jobs, materials, and subcontractors to jobsites for completing all intervention in time.

  • Managing orders, documentation, and procurement process.

  • Administering database and systems, preparing reports.

  • Ensuring safety compliance. Investigating customer concerns and collecting warranty claims.

  • Tracking service work requirements and warranty time.

  • Checking worksheets, quotations, and orders.

  • Managing monthly invoicing and stock check.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • High school education (preferably university education)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating work in a service-related field.

  • Communicative level of English proficiency, Fluent in Slovak.

  • Experience in leading or supervising a small team is a plus.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Assertiveness and willingness to speak up when necessary.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.

  • Proficient computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
