HR Operations Analyst with French
Coordination with our HR community during the preparation of all the employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, etc etc)
Support our internal employees concerning all HR related topics
Daily close cooperation with our internal partners (HR business partners – Recruiters)
Maintain all the HR related information in our internal system (SAP HR)
Be part of employee’s journey from end-to-end (recruitment, onboarding, cross boarding, off boarding)
Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve our processes
This contract is for limited period of 12 months.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma
Previous relevant work experience preferred (1+ years) in customer service environment - we also consider talented graduates with a first experience
French (C1) and English (B2) at a fluent level
Knowledge of HRIS systems, and/or applicant tracking system is an advantage
Excellent customer orientation paired with strong attention to detail
This role will provide the opportunity of being a part of building a new strategic function within DS, gaining exposure within and being a part of improving the business.
