Graduate Development Program
Dell has been active in Slovakia since January 2003. We started as a centre of sales and customer support and transfer into a business centre supporting the whole EMEA region and the main financial hub of Dell, globally. We offer a broad palette of positions in IT, finance, sales, marketing, data science, technical support and business process support.

The Graduate Development Program is an exclusive program and the main aim of the is the combination of formal on the job learning in one of our finance teams and trainings in both soft and hard skills. In addition, you will be part of an international class full of young and enthusiastic people, working together on assigned specific project, where you can apply everything you learn and be recognized for your work and contribution.
What will you do?
Full-time job experience in one of our finance departments (FP&A, Tax, Accounting, Rebates, Sales Compensation Planning)
Various trainings such as Project management, Presentation Skills, Excel training & case studies
Participating on different projects and CSR activities (volunteering, external branding)
Building relationships with Business Partners, Finance Leaders and others
Are you the next FGP?
Graduating in 2020 in Business or Finance
Fluent in English (written & oral)
Keen on team work, learning new things and driven personality
Interested in improvements, innovations and new challenges
Previous experience as an intern is preferred
Experience with studying/working in international environment is an advantage
Salary 1 250 EUR Gross monthly
