Job requirements * Pretest patients * Assist optometrists with daily operations * Answer telephone and direct calls or take messages * Check voice mail and email messages * Monitor text messages and in-store messaging consistently for messages/tasks * Schedule appointments * Confirm appointments via text. * Enthusiastically greet incoming patients. * Verify vision benefits * Work closely with optometrists to keep the patient flow moving efficiently. * Scan documents into the point of sale system. * Any other tasks requested by supervisors.
