Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $22 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 40hrs

• Needed for the demolition of old windows & siding

• Replacement of new windows and siding to a 4-story senior living community

• Must have knowledge and experience operating a Scissor Lift and a Boom Lift including a valid Boom Lift Training Certification

• OSHA 10 Required

Qualifications:

• OSHA-10 & Aerial Lift Training Certification or a willingness to obtain it

• Must be comfortable working at heights

• Must be able to use both hand and power tools

• Must arrive on time daily and be available to stay late some days when needed

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the commercial field required
