Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
The Learning Center is seeking the position of a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher. TLC is looking for a candidate who will help prepare and deliver daily engaging math lessons for a diverse group of children at all of their levels. Our teachers promote enthusiasm for learning and the development of independent work skills while providing an enriched, safe, positive learning environment.
TLC's Kindergarten Assistant Teacher:
-help develop and implement math lessons (individually or in small groups)
-manage the diverse ability levels of students, adapting curriculum to meet specific student needs
-assess and record student development, prepare notes for conferences
-maintain order and discipline among students, encouraging positive social skills
-work closely with lead teacher
