We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Laborer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, renovation, or maintenance projects. This role requires physical strength, stamina, and a willingness to work in diverse environments and weather conditions. Willing to train if you are interested in this type of work. Responsibilities:
Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, as needed.
Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a laborer or construction worker is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Extended periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
Exposure to loud noises, dust, and other construction-related hazards.
