Insight Global REMOTE Backend Developer in Bothell, Washington
Job Description
Insight Global's client is looking for a Backend Web Developer to join their team. This person will work closely with the product, business management, design, and consultants leading the architecture, development, and delivery of products for the client. A successful candidate will be a full-stack developer (stronger on backend) with a good mix of technologies and should have a strong background in Node.js and React.js, containerization technologies, cloud computing platforms, microservices architecture, DevOps principles and practices, database management, and CI/CD pipelines to build containerized solutions on AWS or GCP. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional written/verbal communication skills.

Skills and Requirements
- Past expereince developing complex software solutions and web applications -- must have experience with Node.js & Postgres SQL
o We are OK w/ a mid-level developer who has solid coding skills and strong communication and can operate independently.
- Experience integrating w/ frontend technologies such as React.js and React Native
- TypeScript experience
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies (AWS / GCP)
- Must have API Architecture experience -- experience building and designing APIs
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
o Experience deploying CI/CD pipelines to build containerized solutions on AWS or GCP.
- Not afraid to ask questions, give his/her input, and able to operate as a Technical Lead - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and technologies like Terraform. null
