Summary of position: The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out and the coordination of hotel services. 9d takes action deemed necessary. Also, handles cash, makes change, and balances an assigned house bank.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel and hospitality experience preferred
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
