Those in people insights at PwC will focus on leveraging data and insights to help clients drive strategic decisions and improve employee performance and engagement. Working in this area, you will analyse client workforce data to identify trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce decisions.

The Opportunity
As part of the Workforce Consulting team you will manage client accounts and lead data-focused projects, delivering exceptional results. As a Manager, you will supervise and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations while maintaining integrity and authenticity in all interactions.
Responsibilities
Facilitate the delivery of quality outputs that meet client needs
Utilize team strengths to achieve project objectives
Provide hands-on technical guidance in HR data management
Implement benchmarking methodologies and data validation practices
Manage project timelines and secure successful execution
Foster a culture of integrity and authenticity in client interactions
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience working directly with data analytics, HR benchmarking, or workforce metrics (including client-facing)
Demonstrates mastery of benchmarking processes, HR KPIs, and data validation practices
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of multiple-client data-focused projects
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail; extensive ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
Comfort working in fast-paced environments, while balancing multiple competing priorities of differing levels of complexity and sensitivity
Experience working with, leading, and mentoring cross-functional, globally dispersed teams across several different time zones
What Sets You Apart
Familiarity with benchmarking methodologies and frameworks
Experience with customized data services and workforce analytics tools
Previous experience in workforce strategy or analytics consulting
Technical aptitude in data processing tools
Significant experience in benchmarking and data analytics
Extensive project management skills enabling scalability
Proficiency in HR data and benchmarking methods
Ability to mentor and lead global teams
Committed to training and upskilling new team members

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
