EPAM Systems Temporary Salesforce Commerce Cloud Tech Lead in Boston, Massachusetts
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Tech Lead to guide our eCommerce development efforts and drive technical excellence with one of our top financial services clients for a project through the end of the year. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, leadership in release management, and a passion for optimizing performance and workflows across complex environments.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update sandbox images and test environments
Automate workflows using GitHub Actions
Develop processes to replicate custom preferences across environments
Create and manage GitFlow diagrams and related documentation
Define and track site performance metrics
Oversee weekly code releases, including branching and merging
Support third-party load testing efforts
Ensure best practices in deployment and version control
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
Troubleshoot and resolve environmental and performance issues
Requirements
Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
Strong background in SFCC engineering and custom job configuration
Full-stack SFCC development experience is a plus
Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS or similar
Deep knowledge of release management processes
Expertise with GitHub and GitFlow strategies
Experience in iterative development and multi-team collaboration
Effective team player with strong mentorship skills
Skilled problem-solver in dynamic environments
Flexibility to work in PST
