<p>This position is a hybrid 4 day in-office 6month contract role that works out of our Boston HQ (some days will be working in office and others working from home- this is not a virtual / remote position).</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and offer negotiation to meet established metrics&nbsp;</li>

<li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders and peers through well structured, frequent communication and reporting</li>

<li>Effectively set and manage expectations with hiring managers and/or cross functional partners while educating them on the recruiting lifecycle</li>

<li>Drive a world class candidate experience using empathy and transparency with candidates&nbsp;</li>

<li>Leverage data and critical thinking to diagnose recruiting challenges and guide search strategy</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>1-3 years of full cycle recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in an agency environment</li>

<li>Specialization of technical hiring in one of the following fields - Software Engineering (Preferred), Data Science / Machine Learning, Analytics, Product Management.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers</li>

<li>Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands</li>

<li>Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making</li>

<li>Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic</li>
