CVS Health Specialty and Provider Network Manager-Value Based Care (Meritain Health) in Boston, Massachusetts

Our network solutions team is responsible for supporting custom network arrangements for our broad suite of self-insured customers. We also manage our healthcare vertical strategy for direct to employer arrangements and Value Based Care initiatives. As our Network Performance Manager, you’ll be responsible for network product implementations. With a focus on supporting our Value Based Contract initiatives. The person contributing in this role will work closely with sales, account management, and operations to ensure client, broker, consultant, and provider needs are being met. This can be a customer facing role and you may work with external vendor partners and clients. Our teams scope has continued to grow over the last few years and we’re looking for someone who can help us document and create repeatable process structures that’ll create greater efficiency for the work that we do. Strong communication and presentation skills is a must.

  • Responsible for the implementation of new network product offerings. This requires project management

  • Manage assigned network product solutions to ensure they are still being utilized, measure success/utilization and make sure all communications and trainings are current.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure optimal implementation of large provider systems.

  • Support our custom network capability requests and all other general network inquiries.

  • Understand strategy implications in context of other products and business needs.

  • Identify cross-functional support required to achieve business objectives, including areas of tactical and strategic support.

  • Lead and support network initiatives with competing products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail.

  • Manage program to measure network performance opportunities.

  • Act as liaison and subject matter expert across organization as it relates to network and Value Based Care.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management as well as product development

  • Experience in healthcare, especially with provider networks.

  • Self-motivator, works well independently

  • Strong communication skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint Skills

  • Ability to work with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Salesforce

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of professional work experience and education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
