The Senior Compliance Professional ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Senior Compliance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Humana MarketPoint is seeking a Senior Compliance Professional with a focus on Marketing Review who will work within the business to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external business partners to evaluate and monitor marketing compliance. This position will be responsible for ensuring marketing materials are compliant and meet not only Humana policies and procedures but also State and Federal rules and regulations, including those of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Other responsibilities include:
Demonstrate an understanding of Medicare regulations and an ability to apply the regulations to marketing materials
Manage workflows and track approval processes
Develop relationships with subject matter experts and associates supporting external sales channels
Become familiar with Humana Policies and Procedures related to marketing and branding standards
Participate in identifying solutions to systemic problems identified with sales partner materials
Create Excel reports and power point presentations, as needed
Serve as a subject matter expert on the legislative and regulatory requirements related to external marketing materials
Serve as a consultant to internal business partners to ensure compliance requirements are met with their external relationships
Assist in the creation, communication and governance of standards and procedures related to external marketing materials
Counsel External Sales Partners to ensure application of Humana’s corporate brand, marketing and compliance standards
Shepherd External Partner Marketing materials through required legal, compliance, and regulatory review processes
Work with appropriate subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effective positioning of company content
Conduct Marketing related audits, non-review oversight, and management of corrective actions

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or combination of education and relevant work experience
Ability to read, interpret, analyze, and apply laws and regulations
Ability to facilitate groups and gain consensus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong organizational skills
Intermediate in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Must be willing to work East Coast hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience reviewing marketing materials
Knowledge/understanding of regulatory and legislative marketing requirements
Project coordination experience
Process Design experience
Experience with Aprimo review system
Law degree from an accredited institution

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$103,600 - $142,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
