Randstad is working with a global and well-known firm in Downtown Boston, MA to fill a position supporting several of their attorneys. This role will involve preparing legal documents and correspondence for attorney review and acting as a resource for research and summarizing information. The ideal candidate will have experience as a paralegal, along with tenure of 2+ years at each previous employer. The firm is seeking an intelligent, driven individual to join their team for years to come! This role requires being local to Boston, MA with a minimum of 3 days in the office and the option to work 1-2 days remote. Qualifications: -1+ year of experience as a litigation paralegal -Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate -Advanced in Outlook, Word, and Excel -Experience with Relativity, LexisNexis, or Westlaw

salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Responsibilities

-Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.

-Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, filings, and discovery requests.

-Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.

-Perform fact-checking and Blue Booking of legal memoranda

-Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and maintain document databases for tracking, discovering, and productions

-Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

-Prepare and Perform eFiling of legal documents with both State and Federal court, ensuring compliance with procedural rules.

-Perform online research and review of pertinent information

-Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and manage case logistics.

-Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and witness binders.
