Our Knowledge team is looking for a Knowledge Management and Research Leader with a background in knowledge management and implementing knowledge management systems. The Knowledge Management and Research Leader will have the opportunity to work remotely from within the United States.
We seek a Knowledge Management and Research Leader to manage, capture, share, and access knowledge assets. This role involves working with stakeholders to optimize the organization's knowledge use. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, coaching, and teamwork abilities to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing. They need to be proficient in knowledge base features and capable of explaining them to teams. This is a fast-paced environment, so ideally this role must quickly identify ideas and produce solutions.
As a Knowledge Management and Research Leader, you will:
Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the initiative.
Provide KM consulting and services to meet firm needs.
Develop relationships with client facing leaders to enhance productivity and revenue.
Create frameworks for capturing, organizing, and sharing knowledge.
Design templates and processes for consistent knowledge capture.
Oversee company intranet, ensuring information is current, accurate, easy to use, and relevant.
Evaluate, select, test, and promote information resources.
Negotiate and manage site licenses for electronic information and determine other sources for capturing ideal client profile information.
Integrate KM practices into project lifecycles.
Guide KM stakeholders to align with strategic goals.
Implement training programs on KM tools and best practices.
Monitor and improve KM initiatives via KPIs and feedback.
What you bring to the role:
10+ years in knowledge management, library science or information management.
Proven experience in designing and implementing KM systems.
Success in strategies that improved organizational performance.
Collaboration experience in hybrid and dispersed environments.
Strong understanding of KM principles and best practices.
Customer service focus.
Experience with KM technologies and emerging tools like AI.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in diverse teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Library Science or related field required; master's preferred.
Knowledge management certification preferred.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:
$94,430 to $180,000
