We value the culture of diversity and professionalism in the workplace, and strongly believe that our workforce should reflect our community. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FM68GFV _PURPOSE OF THE JOB_* * Provides administrative support and assistance to Human Resources staff in the areas talent management, training and professional development. _ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES_ * Supports projects in the areas of training and development. * Participates in development and distribution of training materials. * Assists in the creation of written and visual training materials used to guide trainees. * Research and present new innovative strategies in training programs to the Training Team. * Assists in the creation of training course schedules and training calendar. * Assists in enhancement of Training section of Treasury intranet page. * Drafts training surveys and compiles results. * Participates in recording trainings for the Treasury Learning Management System (TalentLMS). * Updates and maintains trainings on Treasury LMS. * Assists in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations. * Run and communicate metrics reports on training programs. * Manages security of sensitive and confidential information, data, and files. * Always maintains confidentiality of employee’s files/data both electronic and paper. * Maintains confidentiality of information gained from conversations or by other means that relates to employees. * *_OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_ * * Assist in general office duties, such as typing, scanning, filing, etc * Other HR duties as assigned. * *__Commitment 15 to 20 hours per week required.__ SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES · N/A _KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS_ * __Excellent writing, editing, and research skills. * Strong communications, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Works well in a fast-paced environment. * Multi-task effectively and independently. * Ability to perform duties professionally with discretion and confidentiality as needed. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.__ _EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE_ * *High school diploma plus one to two years of undergraduate studies resulting in general knowledge of HR principles and practices. *Work Schedule: The internship program will allow you to work Monday through Friday (except for holidays) for a minimum of 15 hours to a maximum of 37.5 hours a work week from June to August over a 10-week timeframe. You must also be able to travel to both the Chelsea or Boston Office location a minimum of 1-2 times a week based on your work schedule.
