Human Resources Generalist We are searching for a proactive and hands-on Human Resource Generalist to make a meaningful impact with our client. This role will offer essential support across full-cycle recruitment, new employee orientations, administration of employee benefits, managing of annual benefits open enrollment process, conducting exit interviews, and processing payroll. We will rely on you to maintain human resources and benefit-related information in our HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensure smooth payroll operations with our finance department, and achieve full compliance with government employment laws and regulations. You will also administer leaves of absences, help further build employee satisfaction and morale, handle assigned employee relations cases, support our DEI initiatives, and stay up to date with human resources best practices and regulatory changes. ** Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

** 4+ years Human Resources experience

** Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and ADP Workforce Now

** Prior experience with managing leaves of absences, including FMLA and PFML

** Prior experience with full cycle payroll and full cycle recruiting

** Extremely detail oriented and organized
