Daily logging of tasks and activities via JIRA Service Desk
User and device onboarding
Providing end user support for various applications
Participation in team meetings and collaboration for upcoming projects
Providing onsite support for hardware and software upgrades
Providing prompt and courteous resolution to user requests and issues
Providing security, compliance and HIPAA checks at all practices
In order to qualify, you must have:
High School diploma or GED required
Related 4 year College degree preferred
MCSA, A+ , CISSP desirable
Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance, and electronic medical record systems helpful
Knowledge of physician practice management systems and workflow helpful
Minimum 3 years’ experience with PC hardware and software, printers, notebooks, Macs, iPads, and mobile devices
Experience supporting Windows 10 and macOS
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with security and protection tools, antivirus and malware detection and removal
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, VPN, Wi-Fi
Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, and Citrix desirable
Knowledge of JIRA helpful
Knowledge of Cisco Meraki network gear as well as switches, routers, and firewalls desirable
Must own a reliable car and be able work remotely and independently
Local travel: up to 90%
Must be able to lift 50lbs
