What you’ll need to succeed as an Executive Assistant II at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
2 years of administrative assistant or office management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
Experience coordinating logistics for small meetings or events
Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality with company materials and information
Ability to handle varied tasks requiring discretion and independent judgment
A highly organized work style with excellent time management skills
Ability to present clear, organized and thorough information, both written and verbal
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or administrative certification
4 or more yearsof administrative assistant or office management experience
Prior experience supporting senior and/or C-suite executives

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide executive support to the Chief Communications Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales
Maintain accurate calendars and prioritize key deliverables
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries and accommodations
Prepare expense reports, process invoices and manage external billing for key suppliers
Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with others to organize a variety of team events
Support building-wide and company events, including guest office arrangements, visitor access, parking, catering and meeting room setups
Perform ad-hoc reporting as requested by executives
Serve as the liaison between building facilities and department staff for facility updates and needs, and collaborate with executive assistants across locations
