Jacobs Electrical Engineering Co-op - Fall 2025 in Boston, Massachusetts

We are looking for an Engineering Intern to join our New England Systems and Technology Group of about 17 systems engineers and designers and industry specialists with a wide variety of talent and experience. As our newest team member, you will work with engineers of various disciplines, and will be exposed to a variety of engineering challenges in order to support the Systems and Technology group. You’ll play a supporting role in the development of design plans, specifications and cost estimates for security, video surveillance, public address, data and telecommunications, intelligent transportation systems, and other systems engineering work tasks. You will attend site visits that include commercial, railroad, transit, highway, and airport locations, client and internal meetings, meetings with vendors and manufacturers. • In pursuit of a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited program

• Must be at least a rising Junior

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Interest in Buildings Electrical Systems design

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• 3.0 GPA

• Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCad, and/or MicroStation

• A previous internship related to your field of study

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs

• Self-driven time management and organizational skills
