Description
Our client is a Wealth Management firm, and they are looking to bring onboard a Client Services Associate to their Boston office. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities include client onboarding activities, collaborating with advisors to expand their client base. Daily client engagement through phone calls and emails will keep you connected to the financial pulse.
Contribute to client reports and account maintenance, ensuring a seamless flow of communication and accurate billing processes. This role will allow you to put into practice your analytical and problem-solving skills, managing a myriad of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will bring a four-year finance degree and 1-5 years of experience. Must have excellent written/verbal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Possessing multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail is crucial.
