Key responsibilities

• Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel

• Analyze and summarize legal documents

• Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

• Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills

• Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

• First-rate academic credentials and references

• Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines

• Earlier work involving Schedule Depositions

• Proven knowledge of plaintiff litigation

• Management litigation experience highly desired

• Wide ranging experience with Legal Memoranda

• Good understanding of deposition summary

• Command of civil litigation

• Well-founded grasp of Draft Motions

• Previous experience working with trial attendance

• Quality experience with legal research

• Solid understanding of litigation

• Foundational knowledge in class action litigation

• Practical knowledge of Discovery

• Skills in trial preparation

• General familiarity with motions

• Licensed attorney with 2+ years of experience
