Essential Functions:
This role will drive forward the development of standardized reporting outputs for both IFRS and GAAP capital reporting. The incumbent is expected to identify areas for automation in our processes, act on those opportunities, and ensure continuity in data availability for decision-makers. Additionally, this role will support ad-hoc capital optimization projects as needed. Examples include CRR III, Basel Endgame, and global initiatives from Group.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, STEM, or similar.
Work Experience: 5+ years ; Banking/Financial Industry
Skills and Abilities:
Preferred: Experience in SQL or similar programming language
Preferred: Experience with GAAP and/or IFRS Capital Reporting
Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in interacting with internal stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.
Advanced in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
