Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a strong proficiency in Revit and a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Architecture field. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of design, be adept at compiling construction documents, and capable of handling commercial interior projects while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong skills in client interaction, project oversight, and mentoring junior staff are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of architectural design projects.

  • Compile comprehensive sets of construction documents using Revit.

  • Work on commercial interior projects and manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Interact effectively with clients and ensure project completion.

  • Mentor and guide junior staff members.

  • Contribute to design development and rendering processes.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp.

  • 8+ years of experience in architecture.

  • Strong skills in construction document detailing.

  • Experience with design development and rendering.

  • Ability to manage client interactions and project oversight.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.07/hr.
