What does a Merchandising Supervisor do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role you will be responsible for coaching and development of your merchandising team in a geographical area, while managing labor hours within a set budget and achieving sales and Swire Coca-Cola market objectives. Responsibilities Coordinate daily activities of merchandizers, such as alignment with deliveries, building displays, and maintaining customer in-stock conditions Train, coach and develop merchandizers by direct interaction at customer locations Staff a team or merchandizers to adequately meet the customer needs Schedule day and night merchandizers to meet sales forecast and customer demands Validate merchandizing activities with customers to ensure expectations are met or exceeded Partner with Account Managers and Area Sales Managers to develop effective merchandizing strategy and execution to meet internal customer needs Performs other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma (or GED) required Must have valid Driver's License and clean MVR Must have reliable vehicle that meets criteria of Runzheimer program 1-2 years retail, customer service, beverage, consumer goods experience 1-2 years supervisory experience Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of operating iPhone Base pay range is $18.43 to $23.10 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
