We are looking for an Apprentice for Regional Solution and Service, in Bologna within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trained in 2 years as Commissioning and Service Engineer for Fire Safety, Intrusion, Access Control and CCTV systems.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As Commissioning and Service Engineer, some of your main activities will be:

• Learn to program fire detection, access control CCTV and intrusion systems

• Learn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment

• Interaction with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software

• Delivers support services by using remote connections to customer systems by web tool, phone, other communication media or site visit

• Performs assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ)

• Provides operational assistance and application support

• Diagnoses, clarifies and resolves technical problem

• Clarifies events, analyses trace and diagnostic information, provides information about its findings to solve the issue and provides guidance for the next steps.

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

• You have obtained a technical diploma in Electronic, Computer Science, Mechatronics or Automation

• Knowledge regarding some IT topics related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, Remote Connection as a plus

• Proficiency in English and Italian

• Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work in a changing environment

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

• Eligibility to work in Italy
