We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ultra Pure Water (UPW) and Process Waste Water (PWW) Treatment Project Engineer to join our Global Construction Team. In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting the successful execution of UPW and PWW treatment systems for multiple semiconductor construction projects worldwide. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the projects meet all specifications, budget, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Global Role:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global UPW and PWW treatment system design standards and best practices.

  • Collaborate with Local Construction Teams to ensure project designs comply with local regulations and codes.

  • Review and approve local UPW/PWW system designs, specifications, and drawings.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to Local Construction Teams on technical challenges and complex design decisions.

  • Manage project risks associated with UPW/PWW systems and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee the integration of UPW/PWW systems with other building systems.

  • Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues related to UPW/PWW systems.

  • Participate in project closeouts and document lessons learned.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global UPW/PWW treatment system design and construction practices.

  • Collaboration with Local Teams:

  • Foster a collaborative and open communication environment with Local Construction Teams.

  • Clearly communicate global UPW/PWW treatment system design standards and expectations.

  • Provide timely technical support and address concerns raised by Local Construction Teams.

  • Work collaboratively to resolve technical challenges and find optimal solutions.

  • Respect and value the expertise and experience of Local Construction Teams.

Delineation Between Global and Local Roles:

  • Global Role (You): Focuses on technical expertise, design standards, risk management, and overall project oversight. Provides guidance and collaborates with Local Teams.

  • Local Construction Team: Responsible for detailed design execution, permitting, and construction activities within their specific region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and constructability. Works closely with the Global Team for technical guidance and design approvals.
