r The University of Idaho College of Law seeks an entry-level or experienced faculty member interested in serving as a full-time, temporary faculty member for the 2024-25 academic year at the Boise location to teach 1L Property in the spring and related subjects in the fall, such as Land Use Law & Planning and/or Housing Law.

rrMinimum Qualifications:

r

• a record of excellence in teaching, or related experience.
• experience in Property Law
• a record of excellence in creating a safe, welcoming and dynamic learning environment of belonging for all students.

rrPreferred Qualifications:

r

• Post-J.D. practice, clerking, or teaching experience
• a distinguished academic record
• status as a current, full-time faculty member at an ABA-approved law school or the equivalent
