St. Luke's Health System Talent Development Analyst in Boise, Idaho

Overview

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, ID is seeking a Talent Development Analyst to join our Talent Development team.

As a Talent Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role leading and optimizing our talent development technologies to enhance the talent development experience for our workforce including leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and upskilling.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for enabling the utilization of talent development processes, tools, and systems to drive employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact related to talent development systems for leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and upskilling.

  2. Provide training and guidance to users regarding system functionality, features, and best practices to enhance their proficiency and utilization of talent development systems.

  3. Collaborate with HR, talent development, learning solutions, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions to minimize disruptions to learning activities.

  4. Assist in the configuration, customization, and testing of talent development systems to meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure optimal performance and user experience.

  5. Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal downtime.

  6. Monitor system performance and usage metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in talent development processes and systems.

  7. Assist in the development and maintenance of system documentation, user guides, and training materials to support ongoing system administration and user education.

  8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent development systems and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

  9. Support the integration of talent development systems with other HR systems and platforms to streamline processes and improve data integrity and accessibility.

  10. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed to support organizational goals and objectives related to talent development and HR technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or coursework in HR technology or learning management systems preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR technology, system administration, or a related field, with specific experience supporting talent development systems preferred.

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) administration, with experience working with system configurations, user access, permissions, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues and identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization and translate technical information into understandable terms.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in system administration, data management, and documentation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Top of Form
