Overview:
The Supervisor Supply Chain 2 provides assistance by managing the activities of the supply chain operations. Responsibilities entail accountability based on measurable cost-effective results for the substance, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
What to Expect:
Provide day-to-day oversight of the supply chain operations within a single unit or a multiple site department.
Provide leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
Oversee the department's safety and quality standards for staff and department technical responsibilities.
Makes recommendations and assist with developing operational policies and procedures for the department.
Assists with preparation and monitoring of departmental budget.
Oversee daily operations of a team of moderate to highly skilled support staff.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of degree
Experience: 3 years relevant experience
