As a Device Integration engineer for CMOS Process Integration in the Advanced Memory Integration team at Micron, you will work within a team of world-class engineers and oversee developing the next generation CMOS devices employed in the most groundbreaking Memory and Computer products. You will work on exciting and novel CMOS solutions for the future generations of DRAM and Emerging Memories vital to meet the required array efficiency and data rate requirements as well as the product timelines.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Drive the device technology development of state-of-the-art CMOS providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture.

  • Identify device improvement directions and implement them in the advanced memory products.

  • Contribute to the fundamental understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on overall product figures of merit.

  • Collaborate with Design, TCAD, and modeling groups.

  • Collaboration with product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout, and other teams

Minimum Qualifications:

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 + years Semiconductor experience or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5 + years of Semiconductor experience.

Semiconductor industry experience is preferred but not required.

A strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes, and characterization techniques is required.

A deep understanding and experience with high-performance logic technologies (14nm and beyond) is preferred.

Hands-on experience with data analysis, device characterization, and process integration are essential.

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Proven reporting skills are required.
