Summary:
As a Mortgage Quality Control Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to an assigned quality control/compliance function to ensure compliance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and company policies and procedures. Applies regulatory standards to such functions as mortgage servicing and mortgage loan production.Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervising the loan review process, analyzing and summarizing the results of reviews; conducting on-site branch reviews of originating offices; conducting examinations, and audits of the mortgage servicing function.
Analyze compliance review and audit findings and reports; identify problems and communicates findings to management or appropriate personnel.
Conduct training sessions and communications regarding compliance issues for the assigned function.
Monitor changes in compliance requirements and provides updates to the appropriate areas.
Prepare, monitor, and maintain all appropriate compliance reports and documentation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
3 yrs of experience in mortgage lending, processing, or underwriting
High Scholl Diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
