The Project Manager II is responsible for managing small to medium projects and contributing to components of larger initiatives, with guidance and support from senior project managers. This role develops and executes basic project plans, including estimations, and ensures adherence to project parameters and quality standards. The PM II applies fundamental project management principles while effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders. This individual is eager to develop their project management skills in a collaborative environment, demonstrating a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and a talent for building positive working relationships.

- Project Management: Manage small to medium, less complex projects and contribute to specific tasks within larger projects, working with virtual and cross-functional teams.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years of experience in a project-related role.
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or similar entry-level certification is preferred.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic understanding of project management principles, including estimation techniques.
