Robert Half HR Generalist in Boise, Idaho

Description

Lana Funkhouser with Robert Half is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team onsite in Boise, Idaho. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and possesses strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and objectives. Must be bilingual in Spanish!

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Handle employee relations matters, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

• Oversee compliance with labor laws and company policies, including FMLA and other regulations.

• Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS, and Ceridian Dayforce to streamline processes.

• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating hiring activities and maintaining applicant tracking systems.

• Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational needs.

• Provide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation.

Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, ATS, and Ceridian Dayforce.

• Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage employee relations effectively.

• Familiarity with FMLA and other labor laws and regulations.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple HR tasks.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
