Robert Half Credentialing Specialist in Boise, Idaho
Description We are offering a contract contract for a PART TIME employment opportunity for a Credentialing Specialist in Boise, Idaho. This role is in the financial services industry and involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing applications.
M-F: 9:30am - 2:30pm.
Responsibilities: • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications. • Uphold accurate records of customer credit. • Assign incoming collector text messages to guarantee appropriate member contact. • Conduct system file maintenance as required, including upon receipt of bankruptcy notices. • Handle the preparation of court documents related to bankruptcies as necessary. • Process deposits applied to previously charged off draft and share accounts. • Prepare necessary reports to aid with skip tracing efforts, charged off share information, and third-party referral files. • Manage the assignment of loans for repossession to third party vendor as directed. • Maintain regular contact with impound companies for updates on impound notices received. • Oversee the cancellation of service warranty/GAP contracts. • Perform third-party reconciliations and serve in a back-up capacity as Collection Software System Administrator. • Maintain knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions. • Assist with supply ordering and inventory management. Requirements • Proficiency in managing credentialing processes
• Demonstrated experience in billing collection
• Ability to accurately enter invoices into the system
• Skilled in reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
