Overview: The Payor Solutions Analyst, Account Manager is responsible for supporting account management daily activities through data analysis, reporting, and maintaining strong external and internal relationships. This role involves working closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth for existing customers within an assigned book of business..
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Support account managers and executives in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Sales and Retention Metrics: Examine sales, account management, and business retention metrics to support profitable growth and other business objectives. Support strategies to improve these metrics continually.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic business plans, in collaboration with your leader and colleagues, for client accounts. Identify opportunities for account growth and improvement based on data analysis.
Program Implementation: Assist in establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for account management and business retention. Work under general supervision to ensure successful execution.
Industry Expertise: Apply knowledge of account management and the healthcare industry to offer valuable feedback and make decisions that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
Customer Solutions: Offer creative product and service solutions to address evolving client needs. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client's needs are met.
Client Support: Assist account managers and executives in understanding client needs and performance. Follow through on outstanding issues to resolution. Provide project status and open issues to the account management team. Track and respond to client requests. Assist in preparation of meeting materials. Attend necessary client events to promote Healthspire products and services.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance account management efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and account management.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client accounts. Maintain constant familiarity with reporting developments, status of reporting deliverables and reporting needs. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), Performance Guarantees, and client metrics.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Travel requirement: Approximately 10% - 20%
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of experience in account management, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of the payor solutions landscape and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Working knowledge of Client Retention Management system

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $102,081.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
