We are offering an exciting opportunity for a VP/Director of Finance, based in Boca Raton, Florida. The successful applicant will play a key role in the financial management of our organization, particularly in relation to grant funding. This position will involve a range of responsibilities including accounting functions, budget processes, and the use of various software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

• Managing the annual budget process, from planning to implementation.

• Utilizing Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management.

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) operations, ensuring all payments are made on time.

• Conducting regular audits to assess financial performance and compliance.

• Making use of CRM software for efficient customer relationship management.

• Overseeing the use of ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial operations.

• Utilizing the Concur system for travel and expense management.

• Managing the financial aspects of grant funding to support our non-profit operations.

• Using 3M systems for efficient and effective operations management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the non-profit sector is crucial for this role.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in using Accounting Software Systems.

• Proficient in all aspects of Accounting Functions.

• Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.

• Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget.

• Experience in Auditing is a must-have.

• Proficiency in Budget Processes is required.
