A well known property management company is looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Accountant to joing their team! This is an entry level role within their Accounting department and has a clear path for growth within their organization. Experience with journal entries, accounts payables, and financial reporting is needed to be successful in this role. Yearly salary starts between $53k-57k depending in experience. Responsibilities
Prepare inputs for the development of monthly, quarterly, annual financial reporting
Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments for inclusion into forecast modeling
Record and reconcile prepaid expense accounts
Prepare journal entries, analyze, and report sales and operating expenses
Monitor and appropriate accounts payable disbursements
Perform various B2C and B2B sales channel reconciliations
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
