Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton Painter in Bluffton, Ohio
Diamond Manufacturing of Bluffton, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
- Must be willing to wear a respirator during the paint process
- Experience in wet painting processes in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to mix the coating product with recommended ratio of reducer
- Ability to adjust equipment to control spray pattern for optimum finish
- Requires physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Execute the Wet Film Thickness (WFT) verification accurately
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Responsible for proper inventory of paint supply needs; provide proper notification when supplies are needed
- Ability to use diaphragm paint pumps
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining paint guns and equipment
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble paint guns
- Forklift responsibilities when needed
- Willing to work in areas of the plant when needed (assembly)
- Excellent time management skills; work without supervision
- Must be quality focused and able to pay very close attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Observe all plant and safety guidelines
Diamond Manufacturing works a four (4) day/10-hour work schedule Monday through Thursday. If necessary, overtime work is scheduled on Friday. Starting pay is based on experience with pay increases at 6 months, 12 months and annually thereafter.
