What you’ll do as a Technician Fiber Installation:
Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot fiber optic internet, and telephone based on guidelines
Use small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
Install, setup and configure residential networking equipment such as ONT’s, routers and switches
Identify and try to remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner
Review all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreement
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage
Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
Drive safely and follow company safe driving policies
Completes and maintains all training
What you’ll need:
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
Possess or willingness to get a valid CDL Class \"A\" driver’s license with acceptable driving record
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
