Actalent Architectural Surveyor in Blue Ash, Ohio
Responsibilities
Visit job sites to perform MatterPort scans of buildings.
Take measurements and input data from findings at job sites.
Return to the office to input collected information.
Draft designs within Revit or AutoCAD for the design team.
Handle tenant improvement projects.
Roughly 90% of the projects are within a 30-60 minute radius of Cincinnati, OH.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience with scanner imaging software.
Knowledge of architectural design and drawing.
Understanding of commercial construction and project management.
Surveying and construction management skills.
Minimum of 3 years of architectural commercial construction experience.
Exposure to architectural drafting.
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).During the initial 9 months, you will be employed through Actalent Services where you will have access to full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k). After 9 months you will be eligible to transition to the construction firm as a direct employee.

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $36.06/hr.
