The individual in this role will provide accurate, actionable and timely reporting while identifying risks and opportunities as well as mitigation plans. Additionally, they will serve as the subject matter expert for the respective Global Business Units. This hands-on position is an integral part of our global businesses with the opportunity to regularly interact locally, regionally and globally. As a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate FP&A you will be a welcomed and supported member of our diverse and talented global FP&A community with the opportunity to regularly interact with local, regional and international colleagues. Role Responsibilities: Analyzing Results: Provide accurate, timely, relevant, and actionable reporting & analysis of performance against historical, budgeted, and forecasted results to facilitate decision-making focused on improving profitability, reducing cost or other actions that may be necessary (including Manufacturing Ops, Supply Chain, and Procurement) Prepare forecasts, annual budgets and long-range strategic initiatives incorporating current trends, and internal and external drivers of results Support financial analysis of capital projects using realistic benefit cases to ensure investments are made diligently Provide ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analytics and support for strategic decision making Provides Global Support and Analysis to Corporate Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance groups Enhancing, Developing, and Sharing Analytical Tools: Individually, and in collaboration with others, enhance or develop from scratch and implement visual dashboards and reporting tools that translate performance and financial results Actively participate in continuous improvement of FP&A processes, templates and dashboards Influencing Outcomes: Partner with management providing insights and identifying areas of opportunity, such as improving efficiencies, reducing costs, delivering on commitments Proactively identify and appropriately respond to unfavorable variances from committed results Provide managerial decision support, extracting and summarizing information from corporate and other systems for other colleagues and functional leaders Actively engage in forecasting, annual financial planning, long-range planning, and other strategic planning Report out periodic results to management and other key stakeholders Other analytical projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field 4+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis reporting tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience or proficiency with Oracle ERP, Tableau, SAP/EPM Project management experience Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capability Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Solid written and oral communication with global exposure What will make you successful: Excellent interpersonal skills with comfort collaborating and working as part of a global team Ability to successfully manage routine tasks and multiple projects simultaneously Strong project and time management skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently Comfort with collaborative nvironment and variability in work Naturally inquisitive and a passion for learning Key Words: Financial Planning & Analysis, financial reporting, accounting #LI-Hybrid Come make a World of Difference!
