Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to ensure smooth administrative and operational support within our dealership. This is a contract-to-hire position offering full-time hours, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule designed to meet the needs of our busy dealership. The ideal candidate will not only have solid office management skills but also share our enthusiasm for motorcycles and the exciting lifestyle they inspire.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to dealership management and staff, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Maintain accurate and organized records, including customer data, inventory, and sales documents.
Assist in coordinating appointments, schedules, and meetings, as needed.
Support customer-facing services, such as processing paperwork for sales, vehicle registrations, financing, and warranties.
Oversee organization and tidiness of common office and storage areas.
Assist with dealership marketing efforts, updating displays, or communicating promotions to clients.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Collaborate with various departments to support cross-functional dealership operations.
Greet clients warmly and enthusiastically – if they’re here to explore motorcycles, you’ll be the friendly first step in their journey.
Jump in wherever needed to ensure the dealership runs efficiently and continues to deliver stellar service.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry a plus).
A passion for motorcycles – whether you already love them or are excited to learn more about them!
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for both client-facing and internal interactions.
A team player with a proactive attitude, eager to take initiative.
