Huntington National Bank Create Position: On Account Cash, Reconciliation, Sys Ops Analyst 2-2 in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Process all system adjustments to booked contracts including changes for inventory requests, refinancing transactions, repossession sales, syndicated contracts, modifications, and assumptions.
Manage refund processing following compliance procedures and applicable regulations for unclaimed funds.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sys Ops tickets for setup, changes, or terminations of customer Direct Debit banking information
Research and resolve unidentified funds for appropriate application.
Maintain and reconcile pertinent informational spreadsheets or reporting
Create credit memos or debit memos as required for waive of late charges, rents after termination, or others
Review system created changes for accuracy and clean up
Update addresses related to invoicing and equipment locations
Complete setup or changes to contract renewals
Training colleagues on Sys Ops processes
Basic Qualifications:
Associates degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent work experience
2+ years' experience in operations support
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, Oracle leasing software, Salesforce software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
