Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of a Billing Coordinator to join their Project Accounting Department. As a Billing Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely billing processes within the organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, coordinating with various departments, and addressing inquiries from clients or internal stakeholders. This position requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of billing procedures.
Responsibilities:
o Generate and submit draft invoices in a timely manner.
o Verify billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with specific project contract documentation.
o Compile invoice support and backup documentation required for each invoice.
o Prepare and submit final invoices to Client
o Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for billing.
Ideal Background:
As or BS degree
1+ year of billing-related experience
MS Excel skills
Comfortable working in fast paced environment
Professional communication skills
